Professional and Executive Performance Coaching
He wants to take it to the nth degree. He came on and helped us work through a lot of things with our staff and helped us with organization. He has clearly found his calling getting into coaching and mentoring, and he loves growing people. Much of it came because he dug into things in his own life. He realized he wanted to change and be different. And the same tenacity that drove him on Seal Team 6 is what drove him to figure out what does this stuff look like and he did it for himself. And he’s taken those tools and he’s bringing them to people."

About Nate
Nate Reeve | ACC, MBA, ELI-MP
Having spent nearly a decade in Tier-One Special Operations, high-pressure situations were the norm. I wish I could report that I handled them all perfectly. I can’t. However, it is my failure to handle pressure with grace, while leading teams in dynamic, life-and-death (training and combat) situations that taught me the most. Failure was my best teacher.
In my own journey – despite having significant training in leadership, coaching, business strategy, and communications, etc., it was the experience of being coached deeply that helped me break through. I was always the hero in my own story, but my true inner genius was blocked by fear, greed, agenda, and several other ingredients that typically weigh down high achievers.
Once I went sufficiently inward (with guidance from a great coach) and saw the true cost of the above blocks and removed them, I hit a truly unimaginable stride in my professional career and my personal life. Through my willingness to do the hardest internal work imaginable, life gave me her greatest gift – a real purpose.
Now, I share my gift by guiding executives, high performing professionals, and their teams through the inner work process, and to navigate demanding, dynamic conditions and come out victorious.

Available to both individuals and groups, this service guides owners or executive teams through the process of visualizing and maintaining focus on the desired outcome for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions. This is crucial during the high-stress peaks and troughs encountered throughout the transaction, all the way to its conclusion. We understand that reactive emotions during negotiation and post-due-diligence renegotiation phases are often the primary factors leading to the breakdown of maturing M&A deals. We advocate for a pivotal approach to M&A transactions, centered on the question, "HOW can we ensure that the deal is successful and beneficial for all parties involved?" Our role is to assist clients in consistently aligning with this question at every stage, encouraging the exploration of all possible options and their relation to the initial desired outcome before prematurely abandoning a deal, which can result in significant time and financial loss for both parties.

Unlike one-off team-building events or one-to-one coaching, Team Coaching is designed to help entire teams understand their roles and operations within the broader economic and market ecosystems. This understanding enables them to enhance the value they deliver to their customers and key stakeholders. Standard coaching interventions include observing the team during Business As Usual (BAU) meetings, conducting full-day or half-day workshops, assigning interim tasks to deepen the team's understanding and execution, and conducting periodic check-ins with the team leader and sponsor.
Team Coaching aims to address gaps in five key areas:
Team Purpose: What is the team's 'why' within the larger organization?
Team Tasking: Is the team organized appropriately, and does it achieve its objectives effectively?
Team Dynamics: How are the relationships within the team, and is there a sufficient level of trust to allow the team to become highly valuable?
Stakeholder Relationships: Has the team correctly identified all its key stakeholders, and how are the relationships with these key stakeholders that ultimately affect the success of the team and the larger organization?
Core Learning: How does the team capture learning to iterate effectively and avoid repeating past mistakes?

The Guided 360 Assessment is a tool to help leaders and executives develop themselves as individuals and to make strategic decisions based on timely feedback from their subordinates, their seniors, their vendors, family, and friends.
The Guided 360 has 4 parts:
1. The Assessment - which comes online and only takes about 1-20 minutes for the "client" and their nominated "raters" to finish. It's easy and powerful.
2. Interviews with (selected) raters - this is where me (or my team) get beyond the multiple choice and written feedback, and get to the valuable conversational feedback with some of the nominated raters. It is a 20 minute phone call / Zoom. This allows the raters to feel heard, and give any pertinent feedback they feel the assessment doesn't cover.
3. The Debrief - This is a 90 minute session between Nate and the client, to discuss the assessment results and the feedback from the raters. The focus is on how the client currently sees the world, and identifying and sussing out any blind spots or sticky points of development the client needs to know about.
4. The Forward Strategy Session - This is a 60 or 90 minute session (after the client has had time to digest the debrief) where we take the results of the 360 and form forward-looking strategic plans or actions (team and individual) to make sure and capitalize on the information and momentum of the Guided 360 process.
