1. Assess
First, we are going to get an idea of where you currently are. We do this using the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment is the proprietary, research-backed attitudinal assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract—the way you experience the world—and turns it into a tangible metric.

2. Vision
With a baseline established, we are going to identify the major goals that you want to achieve and create a vision for how accomplishing these goals will radically change your performance and life.

3. Uncover
Now, it’s time to unpack. We are going to identify the parts of your mindset that are holding you back from achieving your most audacious performance and life goals.

4. Create
With your newfound awareness, we work to create new thought patterns and re-invent your way of being, performing and interacting with the world around you. Sound a little bit radical or dramatic? Good. That’s because it is.

5. Integrate
Now, you’re ready to integrate your new insights into your daily life. What actions are you willing to take in order to achieve the vision and goals that you set out to accomplish? What does accountability look like? What could still be holding you back?

6. Cement
As the changes begin to occur within you and around you, we expand your awareness past performance and into other aspects of life. We consistently re-evaluate your intellectual, emotional and behavioral patterns to continually elevate your standard.
